Martin Margiela served as Hermès’ creative director for women’s ready-to-wear, shaping 12 iconic and unforgettable collections between 1997 and 2003.
Throughout this period, his unmistakable signature, marked by elegant restraint and intellectual precision shone through, leaving a lasting imprint on the fashion world. Even today, luxury houses continue to draw inspiration from his designs, and reinterpret, the codes he established during these transformative years.
There’s no zipper; it’s a pull-over style. The attached scarf/cape is impeccably finished with an inside-out double-face seam, giving you the freedom to drape and style it however you wish.
Our mannequin is quite tall, so on some of you the dress will fall mid-calf.
