This Maison Martin Margiela skirt is from the Fall/Winter 1997–1998 “Selvage” collection. It was made in Italy from unlined grey fine worsted wool. Each side has a trim that reads: “MADE IN ENGLAND – SUPER 100'S WORSTED.”

The raw, frayed edges show Margiela’s well-known deconstructed style. There’s a slit on the right side and a metal YKK zipper on the left for closure.
