Yves Saint Laurent rive gauche blouse from Fall Winter 1978 collection.

Made of a fine creme silk crêpe with interwoven gold tone metal dots. The cut is just lovely with a ruffled collar and long tassel cords. The sleeves are very wide and billowing, set into high armholes and finish with buttoned cuffs. The blouse is slightly sheer and unlined.
